1. Custom and Commissioned Work
Due to the highly personalized, made-to-order nature of custom signage, apparel drops, and commissioned artwork, all custom sales are final. Once a digital design proof is approved by the client and physical production or custom printing begins, the order cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for subjective reasons regarding natural wood grain layout, knots, or natural variation in stain color absorption.
2. Standard, Non-Custom Items
For standard, non-personalized inventory items (such as pre-fabricated limited-edition drops): You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be completely unused, unaltered, free of pet hair or signs of washing/wear, and in the exact condition you received it, packed securely in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Shipping Damage
We pack our custom pieces with old-school grit to withstand transit, but accidents happen. If your piece arrives damaged by the carrier, you must notify us at info@pixelatednorthwest.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include high-resolution photos of the damaged item and the condition of the exterior shipping box for insurance claim purposes. We will work swiftly to repair or replace items damaged in transit.
