Pixelated NorthWest LLC — Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

1. Standard Items & Small Goods Shipping Windows

For all standard, non-custom inventory items, apparel orders, and pre-fabricated retail drops (such as slate or cork coaster sets), please allow 7 to 10 business days for final finishing, secure packaging, and transit delivery. Because items are either completed in small batches or printed to order, this timeline ensures your gear receives a strict quality check before leaving our Pacific Northwest studio or fulfillment partner networks.

2. Custom Signage & Commissioned Hardwood Art

Every custom laser-engraved sign, personalized timber round, and commissioned art piece is crafted by hand from raw materials. Due to the deep-woods milling, precision surface prep, and custom-blended water-based painting and staining required, all custom orders carry a fabrication and production timeline of up to 14 business days from the exact date of final digital design proof approval. Custom orders are securely packed with old-school grit to ensure they survive transit.

3. Carrier-Calculated Rates & Fulfillment Integration

Standard shipping rates for apparel, small goods, and coaster batches are calculated dynamically at checkout based on exact package dimensions, total weight, and delivery destination via trusted carriers (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx). Tracking information will be automatically generated and emailed to you the moment your shipping label is printed.

4. Heavy Freight & Oversized Custom Goods

For exceptionally heavy timber slabs, large outdoor signs, or custom commercial branding packages that exceed standard carrier weight and size thresholds, shipping cannot be fully calculated at checkout. For these select oversized items, freight shipping will be billed and invoiced separately prior to delivery. Pixelated NorthWest LLC will coordinate directly with the client to arrange secure freight transit.

5. Holiday Observance

Pixelated NorthWest LLC proudly observes all standard calendar holidays. Orders placed, completed, or reaching the end of their production windows on a recognized holiday will be processed, packed, and handed off to the carrier on the following standard business day.
